Caramelized Onions Baguettes

This baguettes are made with caramelized onions and have sourdough starter in them, they are overnight fermentation. I didn’t add any poppy seeds ,  Next I will put less salt and tighten the Baguettes a bit more. .
My friend Ann shared the recipe, thank you Ann.
You can find the recipe here (http://www.thibeaultstable.com)
                                  Absolutely Amazing Delicious!!
The smell of the Baguettes with caramelized onions drove me crazy.....
After 20 minutes shaped each one into Baguettes and dust with flour on bottom of the cloth and top and covered , let rise for 1 ½ hours. .....
Cut in four parts and dust with flour and let rest for 20 minutes. ...
Lightly floured the counter and placed the cold dough..
Out of the refrigerator the next day and has tripled..
Now it go's to the refrigerator overnight....
Did 3 stretch and folds in 1 1/2 hours. ...
let rest for 20 minutes. .....
Added the caramelized onions and did the pinch method and fold.....
Mixed the flour, water , milk, sourdough starter all together and let rest for 20 minutes..
Got all the ingredients weight and ready.....
 Caramelized the onions.....
Yummy!
