Almonds and Cranberry Biscotti

Christmas is approaching and what a nice way to have Almond and Cranberry Biscottis,  time when family or friends come over...
These are made first with beaten the eggs and sugar until fluffy, then the vanilla and the four miture and cranberries,  roasted almonds...and baked twice. ..
                     Absolutely Delicious!
Out of the oven and cooling....
 Placed them bake on the cookie sheets and baked for another 15 minutes....
 Baked them for 25 minutes and toke them out to cool completely and the cut into 1/2 inch each...
 Brushed on egg wash on top. ...
 Placed two on one tray and the other two on another tray.......
 Cut the dough cookie in 4 parts and rolled inch one to 15 inch long........
 Added the almonds. ......
 Adding the flour and cranberries. ....
 Mixing it until fluffy and then and the oil the vanilla and mixed together. ..
 Added the  sugar and eggs together...
 Have the ingredients ready...
 Beautiful! I got 80 biscottis. .......

  1. 80 biscuits ,Wow they look so yummy ,i need to make them ,I ca feed an army with all those biscuits for xmas, Wow great job they look great sis😆
