Overnight Pizza Dough W/ Poolish

Pizza Night!!
What great way to enjoy a homemade pizza.
This home made pizza from Ken Forkish  is absolutely amazing and delicious , I made has pepperoni, mushrooms, green sweet peppers and artichokes.

                          Absolutely Delicious!
 Ready to bake. ..
Mixed the dough and poolish,  cut and shaped and ready to make pizza, put the rest of the dough in fridge.....
                                     Yummy!
Eat your heart out!!

  1. I'd certainly enjoy a slice (or 2) of that on pizza night! I particularly love that you included artichokes. I'm curious about the crust Rosa...which recipe is your favourite, if you don't mind my asking.

    1. Hi Zosia, and thank you for stopping by and leaving me a nice comment, my favorite pizza crust is (overnight pizza dough w/ poolish) and (Overnight pizza w/ levain) are the best ones for me, I made the one with the poolish..
