#2 Sour Cherry Pie W/ Kirsch Liquor

This is my Second time make this pie and I love the first one better because I used frozen sour cherry , but this one is OK too!

very good...
cooling off.......
cooling of on the rack for 3 hours....
now I had leftover pastry dough and made some cherry cut outs........
all most do!.............
starting to put on the pastry strips.........
rolled out the second 12 inch pastry dough for the top.... 
made the chill mix and cooling now...
placed in the pie plate and in a plastic bag to chill...
chill the dough in plastic bags foe 30 mins and rolled out the 12 inch bottom....
mix all of the pastry mix....
absolutely Delicious!!......
