Classic Brioche

Brioche is the queen of all breads/ Golden ,soft and buttery. This is actually an easy , enjoyable dough to make, it can be made into a simple loaf, filled and coiled into buns, or braided into elaborate shapes. you can add the brioche recipe to 3 other recipes in the baking bible.
Great for making 💕French Toast Crème Brulee 💕 

look at that , absolutely lovely and the aroma was very nice and wow !!! Look at that huge loaf!!
wow!! big crumbs and very light and all so delicious....
 beautiful !! just out of the oven and it toke only 25 minutes...
 brushed on the egg glaze and in the oven to cook............
 shaped and ready to place in loaf pan..........
 rolled it with 3 turns and sealed the end and trunked them........
 pressed gently down with hands into 7" 1/2 by 5".....
 toke it of the refrigerator the next day and the aroma was nice...
put the dough in plastic wrap and in a big freezer bag and into the refrigerator...
 ready to put into the plastic wrap and freezer bag......
 gave it the letter fold two times....
 gently pressed down and in to a long shape....
 ready to shape....
 doubled in size....
put the dough in a 2 q.t.container and in the microwave and a hot big cup water/2 hrs. raising..
 ready to and the soft butter and mixed with a paddle attachment , it was better!!
 now it's ready for the eggs to be mixed...
 the dough mix has is  throw the blanket....
 the dough starter(sponge) is ready for the blanket....
 ready to mix the dough starter(sponge)....
I used only unbalanced white flour/ Next time I 'm going to use half of bread flour...
From the Baking Bible and would I make these again YES!!!!
