Saltine Caramelized cracker ice cream sandwiches

They are Sheets of salted cracker toffee slathered with dark chocolate and studded with slices of almonds toasted or any other nuts used to sandwich vanilla ice cream, great for the summer time or any time…

I made these for my grandchildren and my second son when they come over , they are going to love them, they are very delicious crackers ice cream sandwiches, so easy to make and are absolutely delicious…

 after 8 hours I cut them in square pieces...

 placed the other half on top and covered with plastic wrap and frizzed it for 8 hours....

 quickly added the remaining chocolate pieces...

 chilled the top for 15 to 20 mins and cut in half and flipped one half and added the ice cream..

 added the roasted sliced almonds on top......

 after waiting for about 5 minutes , speared the chocolate ....

 while the caramel was very hot for the oven/placed the small pieces of chocolate on top..

 chopped the dark chocolate in very small pieces........

 poured the caramel evenly on top of crackers.....

 made the caramel sauce....

 put foil in the pan and greased , then put in the crackers evenly......

Absolutely Delicious....
