Focaccia with Garlic Oil and Sea Salt

 This is the best focaccia I've ever eaten.  I have to give credit where credit is due - this recipe comes from my friend Butteryum , I did, however, tweak her recipe slightly by replacing 1/2 of the olive oil she calls for with garlic infused olive oil. Wow, this stuff is amazing! I made two kinds of focaccia.
the infused garlic was driving me crazy , the whole condo was full of infused garlic !!!!

               This has Italian olives/ herbs/ mushrooms/ chucks of tomatoes.......

                                       second raise......about 2 hours...........
                               the first raise is ready...about 1 1/2 hours.......
 mixed and ready for the first raise.....about 1 1/2 hours..........
