🍦Saltine Caramelized Graham Wafer cracker ice cream sandwiches🍦

It's been very hot and sticky , so I thought of making ice-cream sandwiches .

They are Sheets are this time with graham wafers cracker, toffee slathered and I decide to use white and dark chocolate studded with slices of almonds toasted or any other nuts used to sandwich vanilla ice cream, great for the summer time heat or any time…...

after the 8 hours got a knife and quickly cut them in to 16 piece/ wrap them up with plastic wrap and then put into the freezer.....

Added the ice-cream and placed the other half on top and covered with plastic wrap and frizzed it for 8 hours....

added the roasted sliced almonds on top...... 

After 5 minutes  I spread the melted white and dark chocolate.......

while the caramel was very hot for the oven/placed small pieces of white and dark chocolate on top....

 

poured the caramel on the two pans evenly on top graham wafers crackers.....

made the caramel sauce....

Summer is here and it's time to cool off

What would be great is to make your own flavors of popsicles because summer is here and it’s really hot, so I have made my own kind …

Swirled Berry yogurt Popsicles

After 5 to 6 hours the are ready to be unmolded ..

placed the cover lid on and off they went in the freezer..

ready to frozen for 5 to 6 hours / added the popsicle sticks in place..

complete..... 

poured  a little of low-fat Greek-style yogurt /little of raspberry sauce and repeated it until done/Use a skewer to lightly swirl the mixtures together.........

whisked it and it's  ready to use......

toke out the lemon peel and cooled the syrup and added the low-fat Greek-style yogurt..

ready to make the syrup with sugar/ lemon peel/ water ........

placed in a class bowl....

and the honey / lemon juice/ stirred it a couple of time and pureed the raspberries..

have all of the ingredients ready....
