Cran-raspberry Upside Down Cake

These are my changes...
I didn't make the Raspberry Glaze or the Raspberry Italian Meringue because I think it didn't needed!!

I added 1 whole orange zest to the batter and a bit more raspberries and cranberries/ I made double the recipe and I  used  a 12"by 2"high round pan plus a 6"by 2"high pan in the middle... 
I forgot to take a picture when I took it out of the oven because I was very happy ..lol..
Would I made this again" YES"...Absolutely Delicious" and unbelievable. It's so tender and moist, when put it in your mouth , it just melts unbelievable , I love it!!
 Very tender and the taste is delicious  ......

 It is ready to be in the oven to bake...
 spreading the batter on top of the berries....
 finished spreading the two kinds of berries......
 pouring on the caramel and the berries on top and spreading them....
 Batter is ready to be poured in the pans...
 added the sour cream and the soft butter and mix it until it was ready...
 mixed all of the dry ingredients together.....
made the caramel and I decided to make extra....
Very Happy!!

Double Chocolate Oriolos

These amazing cookies are named for Richard Oriolos , beloved art director and designer of all of the books, because he simply cannot eat enough of them. Perhaps it's because they are intensely chocolaty and buttery yet extraordinarily light. and so easy to swallow. The chocolate buttercream topping is silky smooth under it's crown of crunchy toasted walnuts. It stays spreadably soft for hours at room temperature but hardens overnight .

 got the 50 grams ready for the topping....P.S. forgot to take a picture of the chocolate spread,,,,
 after 20 minutes chilled scooped about a flat tablespoon and gently rolled each one and placed on the cookie sheet.....
 kneaded the dough a bit and chilled for 20 minutes.....
 ready to put in the plastic bag....
 added the dry ingredients sand mix it ....
 added the cooled butter and mix it...
 added  2/3 cup of roasted walnuts /coca/powder sugar/white sugar and mix...
 roasted the walnuts and chopped them small ....
 have all of the ingredients ready....
Yummy!!!!

Red Velvet Rose w / White Chocolate Pearls

I couldn't resist the temptation to shape this bright red cake into a red red rose! Because frosting would hide the beautiful petal contours.
I added white chocolate pearls and also made some whipping cream. ..
Absolutely Delicious! 
I forgot to take a picture of the raspberry glaze...

With whip cream. ...yummy! 
Ready to go in the oven.....

30 minutes mixing.....
Added the egg mix and the red velvet food coloring.
Mixing the sugar and butter...
Very tender and light. ....
Absolutely Delicious!

luxury Oatmeal Cookies

What makes this cookies really good is that instead of adding rolled oat and nuts to the dough. I made my own granola. The oats and nuts get tossed with just enough brown sugar and maple syrup to sweeten them lightly and then they are baked at a very low temperature to chip and infuse them with sweetener and fully bring out their flavor.I got 45 cookies. I also made a couple of changes , I use whole almonds and Cranberries and butterscotch chips.                 "Absolutely Delicious"

 After chilling the cookie dough , I rolled it out to 2 Tablespoons flat and on to the cookie sheet.....
Mixed up the dry flour ingredients up with the cranola mix and chilled it for 30 minutes. ...
 Baked the granola . ....
 Add maple syrup and the oil to the granola mix..
 Mixed the dry  granola. ....
 Absolutely Delicious! !
Would I make these cookies again!  Yes..

#2 Sour Cherry Pie W/ Kirsch Liquor

This is my Second time make this pie and I love the first one better because I used frozen sour cherry , but this one is OK too!

cooling off.......
cooling of on the rack for 3 hours....
now I had leftover pastry dough and made some cherry cut outs........
all most do!.............
starting to put on the pastry strips.........
rolled out the second 12 inch pastry dough for the top.... 
made the chill mix and cooling now...
placed in the pie plate and in a plastic bag to chill...
chill the dough in plastic bags foe 30 mins and rolled out the 12 inch bottom....
mix all of the pastry mix....
absolutely Delicious!!......
