Giant Apricot lekvar Cookie

This is a perfect celebration cookie for someone that doesn't like cakes but I like cookies and cakes so to me it's OK. ........
I made a couple of small changes / add apricot lekvar  and different cut outs.
                            Absolutely Delicious......
Look at that , it's nice in the middle. ....
Yummy! And I can smell the flavor. ..
Game out of the refrigerator after 15 minutes and  ready to bake..........
All done cutting the flowers and chilling it for 15-20 minutes before baking .....
  getting the top of the dough done....
Got the apricot spread and ready ......
Bottom ready to chill...
Rolling the dough to a 12 inch round......
 
Getting ready to roll the dough......
Chilled the two parts of the dough. .....
The both of the dough were each 355 grams.....
Kneading the dough in a plastic bag. ........
Added the eggs and pulsed it until it came together..
Added the flour mix & pulsed it until like small peas.
Pause for 30 seconds. ...
Pulsed the butter and sugar.......
All of the ingredients are ready..........
Absolutely Delicious!

  1. Rosa, love your take on Rose's Giant Jam Cookie! Great pictures and presentation as always my Dear! I think when we bake these, I will use the left over apricot lekvar, presently in my freezer
